Dude, this house is always the place to go when your looking for a nice house, nice people, but not a bunch of assholes who are going to get the cops called on you. These people really dont mind people stopping by to have fun as long as you call before hand, and show them the respect that they deserve. They run the Habitat BMX company, and many of their sponsered riders live at this house. This house definately has earned its award for fun and hospitality.
